GEMS4U - Handmade Jewelry by Mary

Mary Sedcieski started making jewelry at age nine. 
She began her craft as an outlet when her
 father passed suddenly from Pancreatic Cancer in 1999.  
The GEMS4U business is a tribute to her father Walter Sedcieski, Jr.
Mary turned her creative ability into a family business through her passion and her determination to succeed. She has eight locations and her business continues to grow via the internet. Mary was only eighteen when the GEMS4U business opened in February 2008.  At that time, Mary was the youngest business owner in Wilmington, NC.

Mary's creative energies flow in many directions including songwriting, singing, sculpting and theater.
She has studied Voice with the Music Director at the Thailian Hall in Wilmington, North Carolina. 
  She has been in fourteen theater productions and has won the Libinsky Acting Award in 2006.
